Heat accumulation problem in Tokyo 2020 Games

The 2nd Press Conference of JARM was held on August 30, 2018. Professor Fumihiro Tajima of Wakayama Prefectural Medical University explained as follows: Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games are supposed to have the highest expected temperature of 33 degrees Celsius, which is considered to be quite severe condition for people with disabilities.
Therefore, Prof. Tajima mentioned the necessity to promote players' health protection efforts earlier. He also explained about the "heat accumulation" of para-athletes and need to promote how to handle the heat accumulation problem.
